GOD IS MAKING EVERYTHING NEW

He who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!” Then he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.” Revelation 21:5. God is seated on the thrown and he is telling you that, He is making everything new. For the sake of evidence He said again, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.” Brethren, He who has spoken is the faithful one. He has promised us new things. If only you will trust his word and obey him, you will achieve exceedingly and abundantly above all that you can think of. The Lord says write his promises down. For me I have written it down for I know he's changing things now. He is turning the disappointments into appointments, failures into new beginning, ill health into good health, the barren will carry twins, the valleys and the mountains are becoming flat land, the fruitless are becoming fruitful. The Lord has spoken, trust and obey. ROKANSAH 22.06.18 www.rokansah.blogspot.com www.faceboo

DONE DEAL

Speak tenderly to Jerusalem, and proclaim to her that her hard service has been completed, that her sin has been paid for, that she has received from the Lord ’s hand double for all her sins. Isaiah 40:2 NIV Exposition Meditating on the above scripture creates in me an endless joy. It informs me of how I am loved by my father, how he cares for me and how he wouldn't want me to wallow in sin. Father I thank you. It's a done deal in my favour. A deal I didn't play any role in it yet I am the beneficiary. The scripture says my hard work has been completed. Who completed it for me? Jesus did complete it for me on the cross. Jesus again paid for my sins on the cross. And now I receive in every moment from the Lord's hand double for all that I lost because of my sins. Baba God, I will trumpet your goodness to the world for you have done it all in my favour. We have been favoured. ROK ANSAH 22.06.18 www.rokansah.blogspot.com www.facebook.com/rkansah Twitt

HE HAS MADE ME HIS SON

...He said to me, “You are my son; today I have become your father.  Ask me, and I will make the nations your inheritance, the ends of the earth your possession. Psalm 2:7‭-‬8 NIV Exposition God has made us his sons by virtue of our acceptance of Jesus Christ. "He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God" Jn 1:11‭-‬12 NIV As sons of God, we are highly favoured, we are over comers, and we are covered by God's presence, the Holy Spirit. The love of the Father for us is so deep that he said, " Ask me, and I will make the nations your inheritance, the ends of the earth your possession". Psalm 2:8 NIV. In other words, God is telling us that if we have him, we have everything. If you will forget about anything that hinders and know that you're the son of God, and ask him through prayers, he will grant you your heart desires.

GOD'S LOVE ENDURES FOREVER

“For a brief moment I abandoned you, but with deep compassion I will bring you back.  In a surge of anger I hid my face from you for a moment, but with everlasting kindness I will have compassion on you,” says the Lord your Redeemer". Isaiah 54:7‭-‬8 NIV EXPOSITION Sometimes we find it difficult to get closer to God when we are haunted by the gilt of our sins.  We feel our prayers do not get to God because of something we did wrong. Yes, it's true sin separates us from God but God is not separated from the sinner.  For a brief moment, God disciplines us when we go astray just as a lovely father will discipline the son for his wrong doing. When we are disciplined by God, it's a sign of His love for us. His discipline is brief but its benefit is everlasting. No matter how far your sins have taken you from God, His deep compassion and everlasting kindness will bring you back to him. "The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they

GOD IS COMPETENT

Do I bring to the moment of birth and not give delivery?” says the Lord . “Do I close up the womb when I bring to delivery?” says your God. Isaiah 66:9 NIV EXPOSITION Let's cast our minds back to where we were, how we were, and what life offered us in those times. For some of us, if someone told us we would find ourselves in certain positions today, we wouldn't believe it. God has carried us with his righteous right hand from nowhere to somewhere, and he's still working out our destiny with all seriousness. You're only a work in progress. You are part of God's portfolio and I want to tell you that God has no abandoned project in his portfolio, hence, the Lord who brought you this far will lead you to a successful destination. He hasn't called us to shame us. If he brings to the moment of birth and brings delivery, and he opens the womb when he brings delivery, then you can only expect him to elevate you to a higher height. My God hasn't finished with yo

BE ENCOURAGED! YOU'VE GOT JESUS

"Do not be afraid; you will not be put to shame. Do not fear disgrace; you will not be humiliated. You will forget the shame of your youth and remember no more the reproach of your widowhood". Isaiah 54:4 NIV Exposition I come your way with this word of encouragement from God. The past mistakes, failure, shame, and what have you have no bearing on your present and future success so long as you have Jesus at your back. We have an assurance from God today that; 1. We should not be afraid though there might be something scary ahead of us. 2. We should not fear disgrace though the enemy will try to humiliate us. 3. We will forget the pains, shame, agony, etc in the past as He works out our destiny. The only role we need to play is to submit ourselves to Him, be strong and courageous. It will require our total dependence on God for his word to come to fruition in our lives. The boat can't sink with Jesus on board. Jesus should be the focus but not the turbulence. &quo

BE AWAKE AND CLOTHED

“Look, I come like a thief! Blessed is the one who stays awake and remains clothed, so as not to go naked and be shamefully exposed.” Revelation 16:15 NIV. EXPOSITION Jesus is coming again, this time not as a saviour but as a judge. He comes with salvation for all those who are earnestly waiting for him. What package does he have for those who are not waiting for him, the adulterer, the murderer, the homosexuals, etc? Jesus has sounded a caution to us to be alert (stay awake) of his coming and clothe ourselves with righteousness so that whenever he appears like a thief we will not be taken by surprise and be shamefully exposed. Whenever we sin, we become naked before God. Remember when Adam and Eve sinned. "But the Lord God called to the man, “Where are you?”  He answered, “I heard you in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid.” Ge 3:9‭-‬10 NIV. His appearance will bring to bare whatever we have done in secrete. It serves our own interest to clothe ou

REDEEMED FROM SLAVERY TO SONSHIP

Because you are his sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out, “Abba , Father.” So you are no longer a slave, but God’s child; and since you are his child, God has made you also an heir. Galatians 4:6‭-‬7 NIV It's my prayer that every Christian will walk in the awareness that they are the sons of God. There's no two ways about that. The blood of Jesus has closed any gap, once and for all between us and God. We have been reconciled with Him and we are in union with Him. Because we are God's sons, He has sent the same Spirit that is in Jesus into our hearts. Hallelujah! Indeed, we are joint heirs with Christ. See how God has elevated you. To the same status as Christ, sharing in God's Kingdom the same glory and Spirit of Christ. Our redemption from slavery to sonship has brought us glory that human minds cannot completely fathom until we get to eternity. How wonderful it is to know that you're God's chosen one, special poss

LIFE THROUGH THE FLESH AND THE BLOOD

Jesus said to them, “Very truly I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you.  Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day.  For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink.  Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in them. John 6:53‭-‬56 NIV EXPOSITION Jesus is the bread of life. Whoever comes to him will never go hungry, and whoever believes in him will never be thirsty. Unless you feed on the flesh and the blood of Jesus, you have no life in you. Jesus is inviting you to the dining table for a dinner. He says, come eat my flesh and drink my blood and by so doing, I will remain in you, and you in me, I will raise you up in the last day. Hallelujah. Brethren, what can overcome you when Christ remains in you and you in him? When the life of Christ is in you, you are more than a conqueror. Honour Christ's invitation for it holds promise for
