HOW ARE YOU KNOWN?

Scriptures:
"You, however, know all about my teaching, my way of life, my purpose, faith, patience, love, endurance, persecutions, sufferings—what kinds of things happened to me in Antioch, Iconium and Lystra, the persecutions I endured. Yet the Lord rescued me from all of them". 2 Timothy 3:10-11

EXPOSITION
Apostle Paul was known in his ministry for his teaching, way of life, purpose, faith, patience, love, endurance, persecutions, and sufferings. Fellow believer, if you stood before God today how would he identify you? Or even in the church how are you known? Are you known as the one who has the work of God at heart or you are only in the church to please members, pastors, leaders, or friends? Even Jesus once asked his disciples, "Who do people say I am?", Mark 8:37. Think about it. How we are known in the church and by God is very important in our Christian walk. The listed attributes of Paul are not different from what Jesus demonstrated and endured when he was in the world. Be known for good works. Be ready to endure the pains and hardships which come with good works and you know what? The Lord will deliver you from them all. So long as we follow Christ, we shall suffer persecutions but our deliverance comes from the Lord.
