REFORM YOUR WAYS TO LIVE IN HIM

3 This is what the LORD Almighty, the God of Israel says: reform your ways and your actions, and I will let you live in this place. 4 Do not trust in deceptive words and say, 'This is the temple of the LORD, the temple of the LORD, the temple of the LORD! Jeremiah 7:3-4.

Which aspect of your ways and actions need reformation? We ought to examine our lives each moment to see if our ways and actions are in conformity with God's will for us.

The word says if we reform our ways and actions, He will let us live in "this place." The phrase "this place" can be said to be the dwelling place of God, his will for us, and his establishment for humanity. For the presence of God to dwell among us, we must strive daily to live as obedient children of God by doing what he requires of us.

If we go about murdering, stealing, fornicating, deceiving, trust in deceptive words, etc, we won't have a portion in God's promises. When we keep disobeying God's instructions, we will always be at church, fast, and pray in tongues but we will be far away from Him.

We ought to really change our ways and actions and deal with each other justly to live in the confines of God's establishment. May the Lord help us.
